Stage 1 hardening now enforces an in-app console gate with the `CONSOLE_AUTH_PASSWORD` environment variable.

Console auth is enabled, but `CONSOLE_AUTH_PASSWORD` is missing. Add the variable and redeploy the console to restore access.
